Unleashing Creativity at Creator Fest

The Own the Moment team had the privilege of providing several unique activations for the Creator Fest weekend. From the high-energy welcome party to the interactive selfie station, we were all about making connections, sparking creativity, and amplifying the Creator Fest brand. This wasn’t just about setting up photo booths; it was about crafting experiences that attendees would remember and share long after the event ended.

The Goal:
We teamed up with Creator Fest to bring energy and interaction to the first-ever event, aiming for top-notch brand exposure and guest engagement. With a vibrant mix of influencers, creators, and entrepreneurs, the event was all about turning ideas into action.

The Experience:

  • Day 1: Welcome Party

    • Portrait Photo Booth: 192 captures, 64 shares

    • 360 Video Booth: 36 captures, 60 shares

    • We kicked off with a bang! The portrait booth gave guests branded prints and digital images they couldn't wait to show off. The 360 video booth had them spinning—literally—and the share rates proved these moments were made for more than just memories.

  • Day 2: Selfie Station

    • 48 Captures, 28 Shares, 27 Surveys

    • Day two was all about interaction. Guests dove into the selfie station, capturing photos, GIFs, and Boomerangs. Each piece of content was branded with the Creator Fest logo, and the survey responses told us one thing: the event was a hit, with a whopping 96.4% giving it a perfect 10/10 rating.

Why It Worked:
Across both days, our booths created buzz, with guests not just participating but sharing the experience with their followers. With around 250 attendees, the engagement levels were strong, and the overwhelmingly positive feedback on day two reinforced the event’s success.

The Takeaway:
Creator Fest’s first year set a high bar, and our interactive experiences played a key role in making it memorable. From branded content to insightful feedback, the event was a powerful blend of fun and strategic branding, setting the stage for even bigger things to come.
